12 months out
Vision, budget, guest count range, venue tour, save the date.
9 months out
Book photographer, caterer, florist, music. Set your wedding website live.
6 months out
Attire ordered, ceremony music picked, hotel blocks reserved, invites designed.
3 months out
Invites out, RSVPs tracked, seating plan sketched, day-of timeline drafted.
1 month out
Final counts in, timeline sent to every vendor, wedding-party info sheet delivered, alterations final.
Week of
Rehearsal, welcome party, pack the emergency kit, hydrate, sleep.
Day of
Eat breakfast. Trust the plan. Marry the person.
