Guide
Day-of timeline.
The single most useful piece of paper on the day is a one-page timeline. Every vendor gets the same copy. Nobody guesses. Here's a realistic 4 PM ceremony schedule you can adapt.

11:30 AM
Photographer arrives. Detail shots — rings, invites, shoes.
1:00 PM
Getting dressed. First-look photos if you're doing one.
3:00 PM
Ceremony hair touch-ups. Family portraits at the getting-ready location.
4:00 PM
Ceremony.
4:30 PM
Cocktail hour. Group and family photos with the couple.
5:30 PM
Guests seated. Grand entrance. First dance.
6:00 PM
Dinner served. Toasts between courses.
7:30 PM

10:30 PM

Put the day-of coordinator's phone number at the top. Not yours — you're getting married.
