Why we built Posy.

Every wedding tool we tried felt like tax software wearing a floral filter — endless upsells, dashboards no human asked for, and checklists that pretend a six-week wedding takes the same shape as a fourteen-month one.

Posy is what we wished we had: a single date, a tailored plan, warm sentences instead of tables. Free because a checklist should be free. A single Kit at a single price because a wedding is a one-time thing and pricing should be too.

Made by two people who got married last year, tested by twenty couples who got married this year, and refined every week by people who tell us what would have made their own planning kinder.

Posy exists because planning a wedding in a notes app is how most of us actually did it — hundreds of scattered lines, no dates, no totals. This is the tool we wish we'd had.
